There are thousands of different species of trees on this planet. This collection of sculptures is an effort to highlight their visual diversity in grain and color. Each piece is handmade in Savannah, Georgia and entirely unique.
This collection is currently a work in progress; the goal is 50 different species and 38/50 are completed.
Nature is beautiful.
Three years ago I fell in love with the art of woodturning. This collection serves as a labor of love, a practice of discipline, and a celebration of a variety of different exotic hardwoods.
